Position: UX Researcher
Location: Remote

Role and Responsibilities:
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research methods, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis, to uncover user insights and inform design decisions.
- Develop research plans, protocols, and methodologies tailored to each project’s objectives.
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and recommendations for design improvements.
- Advocate for the user throughout the design process, ensuring their needs are prioritized and addressed.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in UX research, and contribute to the advancement of the field within the agency.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in UX research, preferably in an agency or similar fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in a variety of research methods and tools, such as user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate research findings into actionable design insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate research findings to stakeholders.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with designers, developers, and product managers.
- A passion for user-centered design and a commitment to advocating for the user’s perspective.
