- Evolve designs iteratively, leveraging feedback, user testing outcomes, and data analytics for continuous improvement.
- Forge strong partnerships with developers, ensuring seamless alignment of design execution with UX best practices.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated 1-2 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design, preferably within the agency or startup landscape.
- Proficient command over industry-standard design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent platforms.
- Robust comprehension of UX principles and methodologies, translating into effective design solutions.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration aptitude, fostering productive teamwork and client engagement.
- Proven ability to autonomously manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high standards of quality.
